Delaware is the state of formation for a large share of US companies, mainly because its Limited Liability Company Act and its dedicated business court, the Court of Chancery, produce a settled and predictable body of company law.
What we are building
The aim is a smarter way to connect businesses across borders: reliable suppliers, quality products and international trade that does not collapse into a chain of email attachments. In practice that means bringing the parts of a cross-border purchase that normally live in different places — the specification, the supplier shortlist, the quotation, the inspection report, the shipping documents — into one working record that both sides of a deal can rely on.
Two pages on this site explain the ground the platform is meant to cover, in plain language and without jargon: how business-to-business sourcing actually proceeds from a specification to a delivered order, and which rules, codes and documents govern goods once they cross a border.
Where the project stands
The platform is not live. This website is a pre-launch presence, and we would rather say so than dress it up. There is no product catalogue, no price list, no ordering function and no customer account area. No launch date has been announced.
Anything you read on this site about the platform describes intent, not a service you can buy today. When something becomes available, it will be described here as available.
Jurisdiction and reach
Line Markt LLC maintains no branch or registered office in Germany. It is not entered in a German commercial register and does not hold a German VAT identification number. Contracts with the company are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. The company runs two domains for the same business: linemarkt.com carries the English-language site and linemarkt.de the German one. They are not separate companies and not separate offerings — only two languages.
How the site treats visitors
This site sets no consent cookies, uses no analytics service, loads no third-party fonts, embeds no maps and carries no social-media plugins or tracking pixels. Your browser's local storage holds only the settings you make yourself (keys “cookie-consent” and “a11y-prefs-v1”); nothing is tracked. Server log files are processed to deliver the page and to defend against abusive access; the privacy policy sets out the detail, including the hosting and content-delivery providers involved.
